If you use the iSmoothRun app with Smashrun and are having problems with syncing your runs, or with the way data your data is being transferred than here’s how to report the issue:
The first step is to send some debugging info to iSmoothRun.
Go to settings->Social->Email and enter info@ismoothrun.com (all lower case) in the email field (this will switch ON a debug mode for the next step)
Then select this run in the log->export->email to me… ( I will get extra data and debug it easier)
Follow this up with a quick email to info@ismoothrun.com cc: hi@smashrun.com explaining your issue. We’ll look into at get it resolved as soon as possible.
